Hayes learned his craft as an in-house producer and shooter working at the National Geographic headquarters in Washington, DC. This experience taught him the importance of finding powerful stories and how to execute complicated shoots all over the world.
He is geared towards pulling off difficult shoots and has filmed several first-ever sequences for many of the biggest TV and streaming networks.
